1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "t2jbet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the t2jbet online gaming and betting platform, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the t2jbet website.
• "Account" — refers to a registered t2jbet user account created through the official registration process.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all betting, casino, live dealer, virtual gaming, HRG Live, and slot gaming products offered by t2jbet.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, or cashback amounts credited to an account by t2jbet.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to funds deposited by the Player using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be bet before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the t2jbet website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Your continued use of the t2jbet platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the t2jbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your Agreement with t2jbet.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use any t2jbet Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. t2jbet enforces a strict minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register maintained by t2jbet or any third-party responsible gaming body.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person for the purposes of placing bets or using casino services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

t2jbet reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Account Registration

Each player may hold one account only. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change. t2jbet bears no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.
• Corporate or business entities may not register personal betting accounts.
• t2jbet employees and their immediate family members may not hold active player accounts.
• Players who have previously been excluded or had accounts terminated by t2jbet may not re-register without explicit written permission from t2jbet management.

5. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your t2jbet username and password. t2jbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available.

t2jbet will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from t2jbet that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and personal data changes — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify t2jbet support immediately. t2jbet cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to a failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

t2jbet accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed on the Cashier page and are subject to change without notice.

All deposits must originate from payment methods held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. t2jbet reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. t2jbet processes verified withdrawal requests within standard business processing windows, though actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your payment provider.

t2jbet reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must ensure their account is fully verified before submitting large withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if:

• Account verification is incomplete or documents are outstanding.
• The account is under investigation for breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements on any active bonus have not been met.
• The withdrawal amount falls below the stated minimum threshold.

6.3 Currency

t2jbet displays account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for local payment methods. USDT balances are displayed in USDT. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by t2jbet at the time of transaction and are non-negotiable.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on t2jbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. General betting rules include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. t2jbet will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except in circumstances specifically provided for in the relevant sport-specific rules (e.g., event cancellation, void match conditions).
• t2jbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been abandoned, postponed beyond a stated cut-off window, or affected by circumstances outside the normal course of play.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. t2jbet is not responsible for bets placed on suspended markets due to technical latency on the Player's device or connection.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC events, and bilateral series — are governed by cricket-specific rules published on the t2jbet platform and updated at the start of each major tournament.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, market type, and account tier. t2jbet reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for any account at its discretion.
• Any bet placed that t2jbet reasonably believes to have been made with knowledge of the result or through any form of insider information will be voided and may result in account suspension.

8. Casino & Gaming Rules

All casino games offered on t2jbet — including live dealer tables, video slots, virtual casino games, and HRG Live — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer products, real-time dealing streamed from certified studio facilities. Game outcomes are not influenced by t2jbet and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

• Players must be 21 years or older to access any casino product on t2jbet.
• t2jbet is not responsible for interrupted or incomplete game rounds arising from internet connectivity failures on the Player's side. Incomplete rounds are handled according to each game provider's standard fair play rules.
• Table limits (minimum and maximum stakes) for live casino games are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change.
• Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full in accordance with each game's published jackpot rules. t2jbet does not cap progressive jackpot payouts.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

t2jbet offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, PSL season promotions, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used before Real Money Funds when placing bets, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• t2jbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion prior to any modification will be informed of the changes.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously in a manner not permitted by the promotion terms constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including multi-accounting to claim bonuses, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t2jbet platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, their funds withheld, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the t2jbet platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable software error are void.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus structures without genuine recreational intent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity. t2jbet complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious financial activity as required.
• Engaging in any collusion with other players for the purpose of defrauding t2jbet or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfering with the accounts of other players in any manner.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the t2jbet platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, written content, images, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of t2jbet or its licensed third-party providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any t2jbet content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. t2jbet licenses such content for use on the platform but does not claim ownership over it.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t2jbet's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or connected to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

t2jbet is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or power outages on the Player's side.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed payment processing by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT networks).
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to read and understand applicable game rules, betting rules, or promotion terms.
• Losses arising from any event beyond t2jbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory actions, or telecommunications failures.

13. Responsible Gaming

t2jbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from gambling by temporarily restricting access to your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full self-exclusion from the t2jbet platform. Self-exclusions are binding and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period. Contact t2jbet support to initiate a self-exclusion.

14. Privacy & Data

t2jbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

t2jbet uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections. Player data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is retained for the periods required by applicable regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations.

15. Amendments to These Terms

t2jbet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, t2jbet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the t2jbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming licensing standards. t2jbet operates under international gaming licensing frameworks and adheres to the responsible gaming and fair play standards required thereunder.

In the event of a dispute between t2jbet and a Player, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through t2jbet's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. t2jbet aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of a formal complaint being raised.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation discrepancy, the English language version shall prevail.
